Mantras
Om Aim Hreem Kreem
Chamundaye Vicche Svaha
Feeling very very heavy, tired, lethargic and everything.
Wow, with cramps I was up at 3am till I fell asleep again at 5am.
Something is happening in the body...
Craving warm kitchadi, I prepared some in the morning and waiting now after cleaning the house for it to cook.
Although, the guna (qualities) of the emotions transfer into the food. I can see this while I'm cooking unconciously, burning the cumin, confused at what to add, the measurements...etc.
And in my mind, the Amul ghee that I bought is definitely NOT pure. I'm at the last third bit of the can and see white masses.
This calls for some PURE ghee making at home:)
Rest today and accept the moment.
Release the worries.

''brahman is the giving, brahman the food offering;
by brahman it is offered into the brahman fire,
brahman is that wich is to be atained
by complete absorption (samadhi) in brahman action''

Focus
Engage in the conversation and immerse myself in the experience. Soak it all in, input and output!
Be. We are all SO different. Everyone has something to give and share.
Don't feel reluctant to express and share!
Good vibes and energy, nothing is ever a competition. We are all one. Work hand to hand. Have friendliness, compassion, gladness and indifference.
Learning to move at my pace. Take care of this body, this mind. Today despite beautiful weather I feel heavy and dizzy again. I enjoyed the air yesterday! Just take it easy today.
Smile, be happy, devote:)
Let go, and go with the flow!

Are you ready for Spring?
Kapha season, is here!
With pollen, yellow sand and toxins floating in the air, it's a dreadful time for many.
Sneezes and runny noses, dizziness and itchy eyes, even fever at times.
Kapha accumulated in the winter come oozing out!
(Learn from experience, try changing habits next season!)
Eat light foods, stay away from heavy & oily foods like sweet potatoes, wheat, flour, sugar, sticky foods, white foods. Try new grains, and oat based granola instead of breads, eat chicken over red meats, and veggies such as carrots, spinach, asparagus, radishes, leafy greens.
Remember: bitter, astringent, pungent!
Use pepper and ginger to stimulate digestion, to provide heat, and raw honey to eliminate toxins.
Sun salutations, sports which create some sweat is good. Be active and rise early in the mornings!
(now reading: book on religions, buddhism, shintoism, roots of Japan..)
