Stew apples, eat fruit, dates & nuts

Walk, feel light & healthy, clear & relaxed. Excited!

Daytime work and socializing & studying. SMS.
Lunch and walk.
Teatime.

Relax, tidy up, cook at times.

Eat, not too full.

Bathe, yoga, aroma, light, sleep
