Only the present is real.

My body is not in complete balance yet,
getting there.

hormones, body function, really improving.

But there are always those days when the body is just oh so dull, and effects you mentally, immensely.

I feel like it can't get any worse and lose all the motivation that has ever built up.

But I'm back, because things never stay the same. Be patient, things will change and you will move on.

Don't push the self. Give it good care, create happiness, be positive.

And all will come with.

Soup lunches

Successfully finished a workshop on ayurvedic skincare with the doctor - and wonderful friend.

Lots of soups are recommended for healthy skin.

Needless to say though, inner beauty reflects outer beauty.

Ojas

Ayurvedic Indian Cooking!

The days have been humid and hot...

With the rapid seasonal changes its quite tricky to keep the body balanced at times like this!

Trying to cope and incorporating ayurveda & yoga in my modern life:)

Last week I translated for and partcipated in a cooking workshop by my good friend and indian ayurvedic doctor.

Lots of goodness:

Mix curry and rice
Carrot halwa
Buttermilk
