spring is here

Black beans and Women.

In Japan its said that kuromame aka Black Beans are a wonderful source of food for the women.

It balances the hormones, and even augments them!


Cooked at home, sweetened with black jaggery syrup kuromitsu, sprinkled with kinako, powdered soy beans.

Season for fruits!

Finally, as the coldness is slowly leaving us, Juicy Fresh Fruits look even more appealing:)
