Quick and hearty side dishes
Just adding ingredients I had at home:)
Asparagus, onions, carrots, cabbage, moong and basmati rice.
Cumin & mustard seeds, hing, coriander, ginger, turmeric & a pinch of salt.
Aids digestion,
Earthy and hearty.
