Graceful.

What a lovely word. Just hearing it makes me very happy and peaceful.

Today I was in a yoga class, in the city of Hiroo.

Love the area for its international, multi-cultural vibes.

After pranayama & a short meditation, where honestly my mind wasn't still, because I was thinking, "how interesting!" how different the approaches and yoga classes in general are, depending on the country.

Is it the personality of each culture that is reflected? It also seems to portray the history of yoga in that region.

The tone of American teachers sound for emotional and dynamic, and put emphasis on creating a yogic energy in the room. Japanese teachers are more informative and brief. In Spain, it was the in between.

Of course, this depends on the teacher and is a general perspective.

Students differ as well. More feedback (positive and negative) is given abroad, where as students here are very quiet, and tend to follow exactly what the teacher says.

Then in India, it just really depends on the style of yoga you practice, and your guru.

And because its such an everyday thing in India, apart from the foreigners abroad with tatoos on thrir lower back, the majority are the community of neigbors, including the older women from the block with their feminine round bodies:)
Love life.

Keep seeing and experiencing, look outward!

and maintain BALANCE.

Come back to yourself, and bring your senses inward.
