The texture of the quinoa gives kitchari a new and fun personality!
Recipe: same as traditional kitchari, but lessen rice by half and add quinoa instead! Or, you can substitute rice altogether with quinoa!
Play with it! More protein, and just as digestive. May get creative with new grains next time:)

Above was one of the dishes, crisply fried and/or grilled seasonal vegetables with balsamic vinegar and french rock salt. mmm!
