Breakfast treats for Vata

For this time of year, with so much coldness and dry winds in the air, its easy for Vata to become imbalanced.

That is why we want to use a lot of nutritious ghee, hearty grains and fresh cow's milk, like in these two sweet warming dishes.

1. French toast with rye bread
2. Pancake with wheat flour
both accompanied with soaked nuts and dates!
 
Recently, I've been able to wake up sometime from 6:15-6:45, freshen up with Yoga and an Ayurvedic routine! My goal for being up before six doesn't seem TOO far!
