Feeling a bit more Kapha in my body this week as we get closer to the Full Moon on Saturday.
Meaning, I feel some heaviness and drowsiness.
A few dishes I cooked the beginning of this week:
1. Simple Kitchari with red & yellow bell peppers
2. Japanese udon with cabbage, konbu and ginger
I want to be extra careful the rest of the week to eat dinner before 8, and get up before sunrise.
Despite the cold, keep moving with an open and positive mindset, always!
But don't make yourself too busy, and move at your pace.
Listen to your body.
Be honest, study and practice, and have compassion.
