Heavenly Chapatis!

I just finished a fresh hot off the pan chapati smeared with ghee and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar!

What a treat. This was the last bit of dough from last night.

Little by little, I'm starting to get the hang of it, and I am just in awe everytime I have a bit of a hot homemade chapati.

(How can one live without?)

Devouring it, I forgot to take a picture, but below are vegetable subji with chapati from last night:


The Vegetable Subji.
(Capsicum, Carrots and Onions with ghee, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, turmeric, salt and masala. Picture two is after cooking on low heat with lid for 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander!)
