Up at 6:20am!

I looked up the time of sunrise and set my alarm so that I wake up 30 minutes before.

6:20. 

Got out of bed...

felt sleepy but...

washed up, practiced,

and feel good.

Off to a good start.

Breakfast with three pieces of toast and raw honey, soaked almonds and chai.
My attempt last night on cauliflower and carrot subji with ginger!
