Rosewater and eye exercises

This is a treatment I recieved in India, when I consulted my doctor about my "tired eyes".

It's said that 90% of your fatigue comes from the eyes. There's a lot of strain on them.

Lay down, and put a few drops of rosewater in the eyes.

1. Roll the eyeball clockwise, then counter clockwise
2. Look up, and down
3. Blink a few times
The first few times, you may feel burning, but it only lasts for a few seconds.

Your eyes will feel lighter and brighter in no time.
I do this in the morning. Very refreshing!
